Social Media Post Scheduler

Overview
The Social Media Post Scheduler is responsible for managing many posts across many accounts. Tasks involve downloading the short-form videos and quote graphics that our team creates and scheduling them on the appropriate accounts, crafting theologically sound and compelling descriptions for many different content types, scheduling articles, utilizing hashtags and other best practices, and more. This is a remote contractor position and is not currently an employment opportunity.

Requirements

An interest in developing excellent grammar and copyrighting abilities

A passion to learn about how to have social media posts perform better

Available to work a minimum of 5 hours per week

Flexibility to adapt with changing timelines, tasks, and occasional urgent posts

Willing to use and learn the software we utilize to manage our clients’ social media posts

Willing to use and learn the free chat and project management softwares our agency uses for communication and management of work

Preferences

YouTube Specialist

In addition to scheduling and adjusting the details for YouTube videos on our clients’ channels, the YouTube Specialist is responsible for coming up with titles, thumbnails, and descriptions for videos that cause videos to get more views. This is a remote contractor position and is not currently an employment opportunity.

Requirements

Adult U.S. resident

Passionate—even obsessed—with YouTube

Has the intuition and skill to know with great confidence how to title videos in a way that gets them more views

Past experience designing and creating thumbnails

Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week

Able to produce titles, thumbnails, and descriptions within 24 business hours

Willing to use and learn Canva to design all thumbnails

Willing to use and learn the free chat and project management softwares our agency uses for communication and management of editing projects

Preferences

3+ years of professional experience on YouTube as a creator or contractor

Skilled Canva user

Capacity to work up to 20 hours per week
